Lewis Operating Company a subsidiary of the Lewis Group of Companies—one of the nation’s largest privately held real estate organizations—selected Triad Consulting & System Design Group (Triad Consulting) to provide security consulting and system design services for the Homecoming at Terra Vista luxury apartment community.

Through site surveys and meetings with Lewis Operating Company management staff, Triad Consulting assisted in the development of security design criteria and subsequently created design plans for security and audio visual systems for the 15,800 square foot community clubhouse.

Additionally, Triad Consulting created security system standards for access control, door locking hardware, video surveillance including video management system, camera selection criteria and recording parameters. These standards were established for use within all Lewis Group-managed residential properties.
