Alpert Jewish Community Center (AJCC) sought Triad Consulting & System Design Group (Triad Consulting) to provide security consulting, design and construction administration support for the upgrade and enhancement of AJCC’s video surveillance system.

Triad Consulting conducted information gathering interviews and a thorough site survey of AJCC’s existing system infrastructure and operational status. The accumulated information was then used to perform a needs analysis including recommendations and budgets for meeting the client-specified goals for the video surveillance system. As part of the project, Triad Consulting acted as liaison with the Long Beach Police Department (LBPD) to develop the necessary requirements for enhanced video monitoring and response from LBPD.

Triad Consulting created a bid documentation package to represent the desired enhancements and conducted site walk-throughs with pre-approved security integration firms. In addition Triad Consulting provided AJCC with bid assistance and construction support services.

A second phase to this project involved the addition of video surveillance cameras to the AJCC campus.
